Abstrak

Indonesia rentan terhadap dampak dari perubahan iklim seperti cuaca ekstrem, kekeringan, peningkatan suhu, gelombang tinggi dan kenaikan permukaan air laut. Kombinasi antara kenaikan permukaan air laut dan juga penurunan tanah (land subsidence) memperparah banjir rob yang sering menjadi ancaman bagi kehidupan masyarakat di kawasan pesisir Indonesia terutama ketika pasang laut terjadi. Di Indonesia yang memiliki garis pantai sepanjang 81.290 Km lebih, banjir rob sering terjadi di sejumlah provinsi seperti sebagian pesisir Aceh, Sumatera Utara, Sumatera Barat, Jambi, Kepulauan Riau, Bangka Belitung, Lampung, Banten, Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Sulawesi Utara, Sulawesi Barat, dan Maluku
